BOOKING POLICY

Please Carefully Review Our Booking Policy Before Scheduling Your Appointment

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our studio directly.

  • To secure your appointment as a new client, you must send a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposits will be credited towards your service cost. Should you need to cancel, deposits can be applied to a future booking if you notify us more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will result in losing your deposit & must send a new deposit..

  • Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.

RESCHEDULING:

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time without incurring any fees, subject to availability.

​

NO SHOWS:

  • Missing your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the inability to book future appointments. To rebook after a no-show, full payment of the missed service plus the new service is required upfront. We reserve the right to refuse service to repeat no-shows.

​

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

​

GROUP BOOKINGS:

  • For group bookings or events, please contact us directly to discuss availability and booking policies.

​

HEALTH & SAFETY:

  • For the safety of our clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness.

​

PAYMENT:

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

​

CHILDREN & GUESTS:

  • To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving services.

​

STUDIO POLICIES:

  • By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our studio policies as outlined above.

​

For Our Returning Lash Clients:

  • Refills: If you have 40%+ lashes after 1-3 weeks, please book a REFILL.

  • Full Set: Over 4 weeks or less than 20% of lashes, you must book a FULL SET.
